Nursing Scholarships, Grants and Financial Aid Guide

Undergraduates and graduates seeking Financial Aid for nursing school should visit sooner rather than later. You will need to complete the FAFSA financial aid application either online or file a paper application. There is just no way around this process for nursing students seeking financial aid. Each nursing college and university that you apply to will at some point require the FAFSA financial aid needs calculation, and your related household finances information.

The FAFSA forms are generally available in any nursing college and university financial aid office. You will speed the processing of your application if you apply and complete the form online. One step in the online process is to obtain a FAFSA Personal Identification Number (PIN). To obtain a FASFA PIN visit

Existing and future students can generally file the FAFSA at any time during the year, however, the closer you file to January 1 the better the chances are of receiving federally subsidized and college specific financial aid.
